How we verify every pro
Every contractor on Routed passes a multi-step verification before they receive a single lead. Here's exactly what we check.
License verification
We check the contractor's state license against the issuing board. The license number is public on their profile. Lapsed or invalid licenses disqualify the contractor immediately.
Insurance verification
Active general liability and (where applicable) workers' compensation. We retain a copy of the Certificate of Insurance and re-verify annually.
Ongoing performance monitoring
We track every lead delivered, every bridged call, every dispute. Contractors with persistent complaints, low close rates, or pattern issues are paused or removed. Your dispute is resolved within 48 hours.
What we don't do
