Routed (“Routed,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We collect: name, email, phone, address, ZIP, service inquiry data, browser/IP data, geolocation, audio recordings of bridged calls, and inferred data (lead quality score, urgency tier).
2. How We Use Your Information
To route your inquiry to one local contractor, verify contact information, prevent fraud, capture proof of consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), resolve disputes, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Who We Share Your Information With
- The matched contractor: name, phone, email, address, project details.
- Service providers (Twilio, Stripe, Supabase, ActiveProspect, Resend): limited data needed for their service.
- Government agencies: as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. When you submit a form and consent to be contacted, your information is shared with one matched contractor who pays Routed a per-lead fee. Some jurisdictions construe this as “selling.”
4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise, email privacy@routed.com.
5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email privacy@routed.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
6. Retention
Consent records: at least 5 years (TCPA-required). Service inquiry records: up to 5 years. Call recordings: up to 7 years. Account/transaction records: up to 10 years for tax purposes.
7. Security
HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, service provider agreements, and regular security audits.
